Your business is important to us. R.K. Industries, Inc. guarantees 100% satisfaction with our product, service, and price.  Please notify us immediately of any damage or discrepancy with your order.
 

Payment Terms:  

Net 30 days with approved credit.  C.O.D. orders are also accepted.  A 1-1/2% of the balance owed will be charged on accounts not paid within 30 days.

A convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all invoices paid by credit or debit card, Paypal, or Venmo.  A convenience fee of 1% will be applied to all invoices paid by bank transfer.

If you wish to use one of these payment methods, please email us at books@rkindustries.net and let us know that you wish to pay your invoice online.  We will add the appropriate fee to your invoice and send you a revised copy with a payment link.

 

Returns: 

No return of merchandise accepted.  R.K. Industries, Inc. is a manufacturing company and every order is fabricated to your specifications.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS).  Heavy orders will be shipped Common Carrier.  Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless Collect shipping is requested on the purchase order.  Title and risk of loss or damage to items purchased hereunder shall pass to purchaser upon delivery to carrier for shipment.  Consignee (customer) must file all claims for damage and shortage via common carrier, directly with carrier.

Will Call orders must be picked up within 7 days of will call date provided on order confirmation.  If not picked up, order will be billed to customer as we cannot restock custom parts.

Minimum Order: 

The minimum order amount is $20.00.  Orders under $20.00 will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee.
